About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Programme Director to help lead Newcastle Strategic Solution (NSSL's) transformation agenda and support our journey to sustainable profitability. Reporting to the CEO, you'll work closely with the Executive Team and Board to shape, coordinate and deliver strategic change across the organisation.
You'll bring structure and oversight to a complex portfolio of initiatives, ensuring priorities are aligned, risks are managed and benefits are realised. Through strong leadership and collaboration, you'll help translate strategy into meaningful business outcomes while providing assurance and insight to senior stakeholders.
About You
You'll be an accomplished transformation leader with experience delivering large-scale business and technology change within financial services. You'll combine strategic thinking with a collaborative approach, building trusted relationships across senior stakeholder groups and bringing people together to achieve shared objectives.
Comfortable operating at Executive and Board level, you'll be skilled at providing constructive challenge, navigating complexity and enabling successful delivery. Experience in programme governance, transformation and change management is essential, with qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent being advantageous.
