Reporting to and working closely with Senior Procurement Management, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities to maximise cost efficiencies across third party relationships, maintaining a proactive approach to contract renewals and developing procurement initiatives in respect of new contracts whilst also focusing on risk of third party arrangements.

About You
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and professional approach with a detailed knowledge of procurement within the professional services sector.
You will pro-actively manage in-year contract renewals and lead procurement activities. There is a need to collaborate with business owners to ensure contracts are renewed on time with appropriate oversight and business support in respect on new contracts. Appropriate sourcing strategies and negotiation techniques must be adopted to optimise existing commercial terms and deliver value for money.

The Procurement and Supplier Management department is a central function that provides guidance and support to the business in managing supplier relationships throughout the Supplier Lifecycle, from identification of business needs through to exit. The function maintains responsibility for agreement of new supplier relationships and supplier reviews in line with an agreed structure. It embeds a framework that ensures processes and procedures are aligned with regulatory requirements, allows for oversight of supplier risk, and drives efficiencies and cost benefits.
We operate on a hybrid model of working, this sees our colleagues work some days from home and some from our office in Cobalt Business Park, we\’d love to talk through how this might work for you.
