The Newcastle Building Society is seeking a People Systems and Data Lead to own the Workday platform and shape People technology across the organisation. reporting to the Head of Reward, Systems and Data, you will lead a small specialist team as the Workday expert, driving adoption and continuous improvement to maximise value from the platform.
You will work closely with People, IT, Finance, Workday and AMS partner Kainos to oversee the Workday roadmap, enhancements and data-driven processes.
