Ideally educated to degree level in an IT-related discipline, you will bring a strong technical experience and understanding of modern development environments and platforms, including technologies such as IBMi. You will also have experience working in Agile environments and a commitment to embedding best practice across development teams.

You will be experienced in leading, mentoring, and motivating technical professionals, enabling teams to achieve ambitious goals while maintaining high standards of quality and delivery.
