Overview


We\'re looking for a highly organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of an efficient, high-quality recruitment service across our Society. Working as part of a busy and collaborative team, you\'ll provide coordination and administrative support across the recruitment lifecycle, helping vacancies progress smoothly from attraction through to onboarding. You\'ll manage a high volume of activity, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail and delivering a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.


You\'ll coordinate interviews and assessments, manage candidate communications, maintain recruitment records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), support offer and onboarding activity, and ensure recruitment processes are completed accurately and efficiently. You\'ll also coordinate pre-employment screening and background checks, monitoring progress and working closely with candidates and stakeholders to ensure all regulatory and organisational requirements are met.


You will support the Talent Acquisition Specialist with entry-level and volume recruitment activity. This will include application screening, CV sifting, arranging and conducting initial telephone screening interviews, and supporting the creation of candidate shortlists. You\'ll play an important role in helping the team identify suitable talent while ensuring candidates receive a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities



  • Coordinate interviews and assessments; manage candidate communications; maintain recruitment records in the ATS; support offer and onboarding activities; ensure processes are completed accurately and efficiently; coordinate pre-employment screening and background checks. Monitor progress and work with candidates and stakeholders to meet regulatory and organisational requirements.

  • Support entry-level and volume recruitment activities, including application screening, CV sifting, arranging and conducting initial telephone screening, and helping create candidate shortlists.



About You



  • Organised, adaptable and customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service; able to manage multiple priorities and build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

  • Experience in recruitment coordination, recruitment administration, HR support or similar roles with high volumes of activity and accurate record keeping; experience with interview scheduling, onboarding administration, CV screening, telephone interviewing or volume recruitment campaigns is beneficial.

  • Confident communicator across channels (telephone, email, virtual platforms); committed to delivering a positive candidate experience with timely, professional and engaging communication.

  • Comfortable using recruitment systems and technology; quick learner; strong attention to detail and ability to manage recruitment data.

  • Experience with Workday Recruiter and other recruitment technologies; proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong Excel skills and ability to produce recruitment data and metrics are advantageous.

  • Proactive, with a commitment to continuous improvement and a desire to support the wider Talent Acquisition team in delivering a high-quality service.
