About You: We are looking for a strong technical leader with a passion for delivering high‑quality software and developing others. Being comfortable working within project teams, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you understand the importance of risk and control when working in regulated environments; financial services experience is a bonus.
Alongside your technical background, you bring excellent leadership and organisational skills, with a genuine ability to motivate, support, and develop others. You should be able to manage multiple priorities, remain effective under pressure, and communicate with confidence, able to influence, challenge, and engage stakeholders at all levels. You have a keen eye for detail, a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement, and the ability to see the bigger picture by understanding the business impact and risk of technical decisions.
