As our Financial Crime Systems & Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the organisation and our clients from financial crime risks. You’ll be responsible for the strategic development, delivery and oversight of our financial crime systems across the Group, ensuring they remain robust, compliant, and aligned with regulatory expectations.
You’ll translate our Financial Crime Unit’s wider strategy into effective, futureready system solutions, shaping how we detect, prevent and respond to financial crime and fraud across retail and SME savings and mortgage portfolios.
Leading a team of Financial Crime Specialists, you’ll foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence and high performance.

About You
You will be an experienced leader within the financial crime space, confident in both strategy and delivery. You will bring a strong understanding of industrystandard systems and regulatory frameworks, with the credibility to challenge, influence and collaborate at multiple levels.
You’ll be an excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to influence across the organisation.
With deep understanding of the FCA Financial Crime Guide, JMLSG guidance, and the UK retail/business banking regulatory landscape you will have strong knowledge of PEP and sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, customer due diligence, and wider FC technologies.
Ideally you will have demonstrable experience managing technology suppliers, contract negotiations, and procurement processes. If you’re passionate about making an impact, shaping effective financial crime defences and leading a talented specialist team, this role will be a great fit.
