As a Financial Adviser, you will be at the heart of those conversations. You will build meaningful relationships, deliver high-quality face-to-face advice, and make a real difference within your local community. You will be supported by a dedicated administrative team, giving you the freedom to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional advice and outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build, nurture and grow relationships with internal and external introducers
  • Manage a structured customer review process, ensuring every customer receives ongoing, tailored support
  • Generate new introductions through trust, rapport and excellent service
  • Contribute to goals across customer satisfaction, quality, business growth and personal development
  • Partner with branch colleagues to bring clear, expert advice to new and existing customers across Northumberland
  • Review customers' financial circumstances and provide advice that supports their financial wellbeing and future planning
  • Represent Newcastle Financial Advisers within the community, helping build awareness and trust

Qualifications

  • You are a QCA Level 4 qualified Financial Adviser who is passionate about helping people make informed choices about their financial future.
  • You thrive on building relationships, take pride in delivering clear and authentic advice, and enjoy working in a way that is collaborative, inclusive and customer-focused.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to build relationships quickly
  • A track record of achieving (and exceeding) new advice, customer satisfaction, and service expectations
  • High standards of quality, accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • A proactive, commercially and qualitatively aware mindset and the ability to spot opportunities
  • The ambition to grow, succeed and make a positive impact in a supportive, people-focused environment
