As a Financial Adviser, you will be at the heart of those conversations. You will build meaningful relationships, deliver high-quality face-to-face advice, and make a real difference within your local community. You will be supported by a dedicated administrative team, giving you the freedom to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional advice and outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Build, nurture and grow relationships with internal and external introducers
- Manage a structured customer review process, ensuring every customer receives ongoing, tailored support
- Generate new introductions through trust, rapport and excellent service
- Contribute to goals across customer satisfaction, quality, business growth and personal development
- Partner with branch colleagues to bring clear, expert advice to new and existing customers across Northumberland
- Review customers' financial circumstances and provide advice that supports their financial wellbeing and future planning
- Represent Newcastle Financial Advisers within the community, helping build awareness and trust
Qualifications
- You are a QCA Level 4 qualified Financial Adviser who is passionate about helping people make informed choices about their financial future.
- You thrive on building relationships, take pride in delivering clear and authentic advice, and enjoy working in a way that is collaborative, inclusive and customer-focused.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to build relationships quickly
- A track record of achieving (and exceeding) new advice, customer satisfaction, and service expectations
- High standards of quality, accuracy and regulatory compliance
- A proactive, commercially and qualitatively aware mindset and the ability to spot opportunities
