About the role
Leadership capability is essential to our continued growth, and we’re excited to announce this new position within the Talent leadership team. The Leadership Development Partner will play a critical role in the delivery of our strategic priorities through leading the development, delivery and evaluation of an impactful, strategically aligned, end-to-end leadership development strategy across the Group. This role will support leaders across the organisation, including Board and Executive teams, and continue the journey that has already begun, ensuring true benefit realisation.
This is a customer-focused, partnering position that will ensure leadership development activity is meaningful, offers clear return on investment and is a valued part of the wider learning offer. Exploring the external landscape will be essential in identifying innovative opportunities that enhance the leadership development journey and support the wider workforce and succession planning process.
Alongside working closely with the wider Talent and People team, you will partner our high potential colleagues in their leadership development journey and identify opportunities in our existing career pathways, particularly early careers, to support the development of our internal talent pipeline.
About You
The role requires you to be a specialist in your field, passionate about the development of leaders from Board/Executive team across all levels within the organisation. You will possess a strong knowledge of leadership and management methodologies, current trends, innovations and best practice and will have significant, proven experience in developing, delivering and evaluating leadership strategies that are strategically aligned and enhance leadership capability through knowledge development and practical application.
You are expected to be experienced in leading multi-stakeholder projects, with a customer-focused and collaborative approach that unites the organisational strategy to develop our leaders and possess a commitment to continuous improvement.
You will be a confident, credible and authentic leader, experienced in partnering senior stakeholders in support of their ongoing development, possessing a hands-on approach to delivery, with the ability to plan, deliver and evaluate high quality and impactful learning solutions.
