About the Role

As a Financial Close Accountant, you'll play a key role in delivering an accurate and efficient month-end financial close process. Working closely with the Financial Operations Manager, you'll analyse financial results, prepare reports, oversee and support reconciliations, and provide valuable insight to support business decision-making. You'll collaborate with teams across the organisation, support audit activities, and help identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and automation within Finance.

About You

We're looking for a qualified accountant, or someone actively working towards a professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA or ACA), with strong financial accounting experience and a solid understanding of month-end close processes. You'll have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial information clearly to a range of stakeholders. Experience with group consolidations and audit support is desirable, alongside strong Excel skills and a passion for improving systems and processes.
