As our Estates Specialist, you will contribute to the delivery of the Group’s property strategy by providing expert guidance across estate management, lease activity, acquisitions, disposals and branch development projects. You will use your technical insight to ensure decisions maximise value, minimise risk and support both immediate and future organisational goals.

Your work will span location analysis, design development and project coordination, helping us select, refine and evolve sites across our network. A central part of the role is maintaining strong relationships with agents, advisors, surveyors and consultants, enabling well‑informed choices grounded in up‑to‑date market knowledge.

You will play an important role in ensuring our estate remains compliant, sustainable and aligned with our ESG, DE&I and regulatory commitments. Alongside this, you’ll help track estates budgets, support contractor engagement and keep reporting accurate, meaningful and easy to work with. With a blend of analysis, communication and project coordination, you will help maintain a high‑performing, well‑managed and future‑ready estate.

About You

You’ll bring a strong technical foundation in estates or property management. You’re someone who enjoys working across a variety of projects, building relationships and navigating both detail and strategy with equal confidence. A background in commercial leasing, surveying or asset management will help you thrive, as will experience working with agents, contractors and external advisors.

You will be comfortable analysing estate data, cost drivers and market trends to form thoughtful recommendations. You’re naturally organised, skilled at managing multiple priorities and able to communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders.
