About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Transformation Management Office, you will act as the primary entry point for change initiatives, ensuring that proposals are strategically aligned, correctly sized, assessed for value, and scheduled against available capacity. You will provide a single transparent view of enterprise demand across all change types, supporting decision making through data driven insights.

You will enable effective prioritisation, improved workforce efficiency, and better alignment of resource allocation with business goals, facilitating delivery through structured and scalable planning processes. This role plays a critical part in shaping how change is planned and delivered across the organisation. It owns the end-to-end change intake and planning process, ensuring demand is clearly understood, prioritised against strategic objectives, and aligned to available capacity and business value.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, the role maintains the enterprise change schedule, bringing clarity to dependencies, trade-offs and sequencing across initiatives. Regular planning forums support informed decision-making around prioritisation, pipeline health and resource allocation. You will form strong partnerships with Technology, Finance, HR and Transformation teams to enable demand to be translated into clear, achievable delivery plans.

About You

You will have demonstrable experience in change or demand planning roles, with a strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. You should bring a robust background in change governance, demand management, capacity planning, and programme-level scheduling whilst having experience leading cross-functional engagement across technology, business, and support functions, with the ability to influence outcomes and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.

Possessing strong analytical skills, particularly in interpreting demand and capacity data, you should be comfortable working with planning tools and data visualisation platforms to generate clear, actionable insights that support effective decision-making. You will have exceptional communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships and align workforce strategies with organisational priorities. This requires the ability to negotiate and influence at a senior level, particularly when balancing competing resource demands across the enterprise.

You will also be adept at translating theory into practical action, leading change assessments, managing delivery risk, and embedding structured delivery disciplines.
