About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Digital Content Lead to join our team. This is a chance to shape and deliver dynamic digital content to support our commercial growth plans and amplify the impact our brand makes in local communities. Whether it’s product benefits, financial guidance, community events, or member stories, your content will bring our brand purpose and impact to life.

You’ll plan and produce engaging content across website and social media channels to help build our digital presence. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, gathering insights from across the business, championing consistency in tone and brand storytelling in a compliant but engaging manner. From supporting high-profile campaigns, launching new products and propositions on our website, to delivering social media thought leadership content, your role is integral to how we showcase our offering to existing and new potential members to support our ambitious growth plans.

About You

You’re a storyteller at heart, with a keen eye for crafting high performing content that’s engaging and drives intent across all digital channels. Your creativity is backed by experience managing social media platforms, editing video content, utilising CMS platforms and drawing insights from G4 and analytics data to test and learn, refine, and optimise digital activities.
