About the role

Would you like to be part of a team that has won Best Regional Building Society for 7 consecutive years? A team that values providing financial advice on our high streets for local communities.

Do you excel in a face-to-face, customer-focused environment?

If yes, our Customer Adviser role might be perfect for you.

Using your excellent people skills, you will engage with customers daily, listening and understanding their financial needs and goals.

Your daily tasks include opening and setting up tills, making customer appointments, processing transactions, assisting with savings accounts, cashing up, and closing the branch.

We also value taking time to connect with colleagues over a cup of tea!

The working hours are 21 hours per week, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with Saturdays on a rota basis (typically until 12pm).

About You

You should be a natural team player, eager to work closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service and support the Society\’s needs.

No prior financial services experience is necessary, but a desire to learn and develop is essential.
