About the Role

If you enjoy face-to-face customer interactions, this role might be perfect for you. You will engage with customers daily, understanding their financial needs and goals, and handling various banking tasks such as opening accounts, processing transactions, and cashing up.
The working hours are 21 hours per week: Wednesdays to Fridays from 9 am to 5 pm, plus Saturdays on a rota basis (usually until 12 pm).
About You
You should be great at building relationships, listening, and empathizing. Being a team player who enjoys working closely with colleagues is important. Prior experience in financial services is not required; a desire to learn and develop is key. We offer a tailored 12-week training program and opportunities for career growth.
