About the role

Would you like to be part of a team that has won Best Regional Building Society for 9 years running? Do you believe in the importance of providing financial advice on our high streets for local communities? If you thrive in a face-to-face, customer-focused environment, our Customer Adviser role could be perfect for you.

Using your excellent people skills, you will engage with customers daily, listening and understanding their financial needs and goals. Your daily tasks include opening and setting up tills, making customer appointments, processing transactions, assisting with opening savings accounts, and closing at the end of the day. We also value team bonding, so sharing a cup of tea with colleagues is encouraged!

The role involves working 35 hours per week over 6 days.
