Ultimately, we want our colleagues to love what they do, do it in the right way and do it well. As our Colleague Experience Partner, you’ll be a key driver in shaping that journey. This role can be based out of our Newcastle or Manchester office.
Reporting into the Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Colleague Experience, you will play a pivotal role in influencing, executing, and championing initiatives that elevate the end-to-end colleague experience while fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment for our colleagues, members, and the broader community. Leveraging your expertise in colleague experience, you will collaborate closely with business leaders and key stakeholders to provide strategic insights and guidance that will drive collective ownership and accountability for creating a high performing, engaged and inclusive culture, empowering every individual to thrive and contribute to our collective success.
In this role, you will advocate for best practice in colleague experience to inspire meaningful change that aligns with our values and propels our commitment to creating an inclusive, equitable, high performing workplace for all.
About you
You will have experience in the following:
- Deep expertise in Colleague Experience best practice
- Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing colleague experience initiatives that have a positive impact on organisational outcomes
- Exceptional analytical capabilities, with the expertise to transform complex data into actionable insights that inform decision making and strategy development
- Advanced programme and project management skills - highly skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously while prioritising tasks, ensuring delivery is on time and in budget
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders
- Proven experience in partnering with Business Leaders to drive organisational outcomes
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- A commitment to learning and self-development, staying abreast of Colleague Experience trends
- Relevant qualification in HR (CIPD), Employee Experience & Engagement
