Ensuring portfolio management processes and methods are followed and that portfolio finances, risks and interdependencies are identified and managed. You are a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of business needs and the ability to translate these into clear near, medium, and long-term goals. Bringing with you a keen eye for detail and highly capable of preparing, analysing, and presenting complex data and information to support effective decision making. You should have sound, hands-on experience across Delivery Management and Business Analysis, with a clear understanding of how these disciplines work together to support ideation, shape requirements, and deliver effective solutions.
You guide and support business leaders in identifying value, developing robust, value-led business cases, and ensuring that change initiatives are outcomes-focused and strategically aligned. With excellent communication and people leadership skills, you are confident operating in senior environments, constructively challenging where needed to achieve the right outcomes. You bring strong applied experience in leading people through change, ensuring clear business readiness and effective change management that supports successful adoption and sustainable benefits.
You play a key role in driving high performance and accountability across the Enterprise Change function, embedding consistent and effective change practices throughout the organisation.
