The predicted salary is between 10 - 12 £ per hour.

We are looking for Barbacks to join the Freight Team. You will need to be available to work Thursday - Sunday. You MUST have weekend availability to be considered.

Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Setup and maintaining bar stations to an excellent standard.
  • Keeping the bar organised and tidy, cleaning up spills and breakages.
  • Fruit and garnish prep.
  • Restocking the bar proactively including stock, cups, ice etc.
  • Changing barrels.
  • Keeping the stock room tidy and organised even on the busiest days.
  • Working with the whole team to deliver the day to day running of the bar.
  • Creating a fun, upbeat and welcoming atmosphere for your team and our customers.
  • Following H&S and any security specifics.
  • Enforcing Challenge 25 and Licensing Rules.
  • Ensuring daily and weekly cleaning schedules are complete.

What you’ll need:

  • Barback experience.
  • Experience changing barrels and prepping garnish.
  • Initiative and awareness to proactively restock and support bartenders during service.
  • Experience in a similar food hall / terrace environment would be an advantage.
  • A can-do attitude and calm head when it gets busy.
  • Physically capable of carrying/moving heavy stock around site including full barrels.
  • An infectious smile and outgoing personality to create a fun and energised working environment.
  • Willingness to work outside (under cover).
  • Phenomenal communication skills.
  • Good English (spoken and comprehension).
