Salary: £32,136 - £42,848

Main Duties

  • Teach and assess on the T‑Level Legal Studies and BTEC Public Services provision.
  • Play an active role in the marketing of the College and the Department through activities such as open days and liaison with local employers and schools.
  • Engage in core duties including preparation, marking, monitoring student progress, preparing reports, setting and marking of examination papers, developing and preparing flexible learning materials.

Required Skills And Experience

  • Has a relevant teaching qualification (PGCE (PCET) or equivalent) or willingness to train for one.
  • Has experience of teaching on Legal, Public Service or Law related courses.
  • Ideally has relevant teaching experience within the FE sector.
  • Understands the working practice to either the finance and employment law sector or alternatively the crime, criminology and social welfare sector.
