The Hair & Beauty Coordinator will manage a number of courses, ensuring standards and the quality of teaching and learning are constantly improved.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a flexible and innovative curriculum responsive to feedback and anticipated future demand.
- Continually improve standards of course performance and teaching and learning across all courses in the area.
- Support the Curriculum Manager in providing clear leadership to staff within the curriculum area.
Qualifications and Experience:
- First degree or professional qualification appropriate to teaching.
- Teaching qualification such as DTLLS, PGCE or equivalent.
- Significant post‑qualification teaching experience and proven track record of motivating and leading people to achieve excellence.
- Experience in teaching or contributing to one or more programme areas offered within the curriculum.
