Permanent, Part‑time, 25 hours per week – Term Time only (38 weeks). Salary: pro rata £26,244 – £27,031 (£15,106 to £15,559 actual). Location: Stafford. This role is based at the new NSCG Town Adult Education Centre, opening in September 2026, and supports skills development, employability and social inclusion for the local adult community.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to staff throughout the department.
- Perform reception duties, manage bookings and assist with enquiries.
- Act as the main point of contact for students, parents, staff and employers.
- Handle correspondence and maintain accurate records.
- Support centre opening times, advice events and peak enrolment periods, including regular weekend and some evening work.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Level 3 or equivalent education plus relevant business administration qualification.
- Previous experience in a varied administrative or secretarial role with outstanding organisational skills.
- Confident manner, professional communication at all levels.
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Access) and ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines.
- Willingness to undertake any relevant professional development.
