Salary: £32,136 – £42,848

LECTURER IN LEGAL SERVICES

Location: Newcastle College Site

Hours: Full Time position

The Main Duties Of The Post Holder Are

• Teach and assess the T-Level Legal Studies provision.
• Play an active role in marketing the College and Department through open days and liaison with local employers and schools.
• Prepare, mark and monitor student progress, set and mark examination papers, and develop flexible learning materials.

Required Skills And Experience

• Has a relevant teaching qualification (PGCE (PCET) or equivalent) or is willing to train for one.
• Has experience teaching on Legal, Law or criminology related courses.
• Ideally has relevant teaching experience within the FE sector.
• Understands the working practice of the law, crime, criminology or social welfare sector.
