Hours: 30 hours per week – 52 weeks

Main Duties And Responsibilities:
- Prepare, organise and maintain food ingredients, equipment and resources for practical sessions, including setup and clearing.
- Provide technical support to staff and students, including those with additional needs, to support a positive learning environment.
- Ensure all kitchen areas are safe, clean and compliant with health, safety and food hygiene regulations, including regular and annual deep cleaning.
- Manage stock levels, including ordering, supplier liaison and safe storage of ingredients in line with HACCP.
- Maintain equipment, report faults and support demonstrations, events and curriculum activities.
Required Skills And Experience:
- Qualified to at least A Level or equivalent in Food Technology, Catering or a related subject, preferably with study up to graduate level.
- Hold English and Maths GCSE or equivalent.
