We are seeking an organised, professional and proactive HR Administration Assistant to join our North Staffs & Stoke Central Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys providing excellent support to colleagues, visitors and stakeholders. We are the first point of contact for many visitors and enquiries, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our central office.

As part of our HR team, you will provide administrative support across a range of activities, including interview scheduling, meeting coordination, visitor management and office operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Providing administrative support to the North Staffs & Stoke HR team, including coordinating meetings and preparing documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate digital filing systems and administrative records.
  • Welcoming visitors and providing a professional reception and hospitality service as required.
  • Supporting visitor management systems and helping maintain a safe, professional office environment.
  • Assisting with office supplies, stationery management and general office administration.
