Newbury Racecourse is an award-winning sporting venue with a multi-functional site playing host to c. 31 racedays per year, plus a wide range of other exciting non-racing events including: concerts, weddings, conferences, on-site hotel and award-winning Rocking Horse Nursery. We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will create engaging design content for Newbury Racecourse and its constituent business units including The Lodge Hotel, Rocking Horse Nursery, Conference & Events.

  • Designing, adapting and amending Newbury Racecourse’s print and digital output
  • Creating new designs and creative themes from scratch
  • Acting as the guardian of the Racecourse’s brand guidelines and developing and supplementing guidelines where necessary
  • Ensuring all jobs are formally briefed in, worked on and signed off in line with the Racecourse’s design process
  • Digital, CRM/Insight – to ensure outputted designs are optimised for all platforms
  • Knowledge and effective use of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
