We are seeking a Conference and Events Sales Executive to join our team to maximise sales revenue and profitability of our Conference and Events facilities. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales driven professional who will relish the challenge of playing a key role in this outstanding venue.
- Proactively represent Newbury Racecourse Conference & Events business to existing and potential clients
- Proactively generate new leads to build and enhance the existing customer portfolio
- Manage the events diary and ensure the booking system is updated in real time to allow for accurate sales forecasting
- Answer incoming enquiries via phone and email ensuring excellent customer service standards
- Assist in building and enhancing long term client relationships, increasing client retention and referrals and building new business
- Attend client appointments, exhibitions and events
