A Southwest London based beverage manufacturer is looking to recruit an experienced Production Supervisor for their modern food production facility. Ideally, you will be experienced in food / FMCG manufacturing and be able to bring a wealth of experience with you.
As the Production Supervisor, you will be in a fully ‘hands on' role and have responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the small production team for general health & safety, food safety, quality, production targets and cost control. This is a great unique business providing a product range to well-known companies at the high end of their markets. You will have full control over production from start of process to packaging and have the ability to make improvements where needed.

- Monday to Friday c8.30am – 5.30pm - No shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop your team to deliver business objectives
- Manage site environmental and safety targets
- Maintain high quality standards and actively promote a quality culture
- Ensure a clean working environment is maintained
- Provide regular communication briefings and support other operational departments with advice and information to maintain production flow
- Control of Absence levels
- Assist in the continuous improvement culture of the site
Experience And Skills Required Of Production Supervisor
- Must have 2 years+ FMCG or food manufacturing experience
- Experience of managing production teams
- Experience of 121s, investigations and disciplinaries etc
- Report writing and KPI measurements
