Shift Pattern

  • Panama Shifts – Days and Nights (12 hours) (3s & 2s) (2 weeks Days then 2 weeks Nights)

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver hands‑on engineering support to keep production running smoothly
  • Perform both reactive and planned maintenance
  • Use CMMS system to record and track maintenance activities
  • Work closely with production to meet performance goals
  • Follow safety and repair best practices at all times
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and cost‑saving initiatives
  • Be part of a collaborative, supportive engineering team with a strong culture of teamwork

What We’re Looking For

  • Time‑served or apprenticeship‑trained engineer
  • Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or ONC/HNC preferred)
  • Strong electrical skillset
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • A positive, proactive mindset and a team player
  • Eagerness to grow, learn, and contribute to a forward‑thinking engineering department
