Quality Inspector PCB. In this role you will be tasked with ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout all stages of production as well as ensuring deadlines are met.

Responsibilities

* Work as part of a QA team to inspect the quality of bare PCB\’s reporting directly to Quality Manager

* Operate AOI equipment

* Ensure that quality standards are maintained throughout all stages of production

* Liaise with engineers and QA Manager on any quality issues / trends

* Assist with First Article Inspection

* Assist in test laboratory with testing chemical processes

* Assist with Micro-sectioning and analysis fault finding

* Work to IPC and ISO quality standards

Requirements

* Essential: Experience in the manufacture of PCBs

* Essential: Knowledge IPC Standards IPC-A-600

* Experience in a quality related environment

* Good attention to detail

* Able to work under pressure

* Reliable and conscientious

* Able to work effectively as part of a team

* IPC Trained would be advantageous but not essential

* Computer literate

* Excellent communicator

* Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9:00-18:00 and Friday 9:00 to 17:00.

Ability to commute/relocate:

* Newbury, RG14 2AD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
