In this role you will:
Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality teaching across Health & Social Care programmes.
- Ensure programmes meet current validation and exam board requirements.
- Assess and/or verify student work, including workplace assessments.
- Maintain course files, verification records and student handbooks.
- Track student progress and maintain accurate assessment records.
- Support the development and implementation of new curriculum initiatives.
- Work with the Head of Department to timetable and room courses.
Qualifications
- Relevant qualification at least one level above the teaching level (minimum Level 3)
- Level 3 Education & Training Award
- Level 2 English and Maths
- Assessor and Internal Verifier qualifications
- Minimum 2 years\’ teaching experience
- Experience working in an educational setting
- High achiever attitude; innovative and creative approach
- Related qualification at 1 grade higher than teaching level (minimum Level 3)
