Are you ready to guide apprentices through their programme and watch them bring their learning to life in the workplace? Newbury College are excited to offer this opportunity for a dedicated and motivational Business & Management Apprentice Development Coach to join our team.
About the role:
As a Business & Management Development Coach, you’ll support apprentices throughout their programme, helping them apply their learning to real workplace situations and progress confidently towards their Apprenticeship Standard. You’ll design tailored training plans, deliver and assess learning, carry out workplace visits, and guide each apprentice right through to their End Point Assessment. You’ll also work closely with employers to understand their needs, keep them updated on progress, and ensure every apprenticeship meets quality and compliance requirements. Reporting to the Head of Faculty for Apprenticeships, you’ll play a key role in helping learners thrive and supporting the growth of our apprenticeship provision.
