Newbury College is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Coach to join the team at Procision Football Academy Oxford. As Assistant Coach, you\’ll work closely with the Head Coach to foster a high-performance culture that is inclusive, safe, and focused on helping students and staff reach their full potential. You\’ll play a key role in developing coaching strategies, supporting player growth, and contributing to the long-term success and sustainability of the academy.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head Coach in leading and managing a successful team culture.
- Help develop and implement a consistent playing and coaching style aligned with the club\’s philosophy.
- Plan and deliver coaching sessions, sometimes leading and other times assisting.
- Work with individual players to achieve their learning objectives through realistic technical practice.
