As our Exams and Achievements Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the effective administration of examinations, assessments, registrations and certification across the College. Working closely with the Exams Officer, teaching staff and awarding bodies, you will help ensure the accuracy, integrity and compliance of all examination-related processes. The role involves coordinating examination entries, maintaining student achievement records, processing certification claims, supporting exam day arrangements, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with awarding body and JCQ regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, managing multiple priorities and contributing to positive student outcomes within a busy educational environment.

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
