Location: Thatcham branch
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:15pm (37.5 hours per week) Alternate Saturdays (paid as overtime) 8:45am to 12:15pm
Interview: 90‑minute competency‑based interview held in our Thatcham branch. We aim to interview successful applicants within 1 week. Feedback will be provided regardless of outcome.

Salary and Development: The salary offered is dependent on evidence of key competencies and skills you currently have. This will be via ongoing feedback from your line manager and assessment of your progression against all the criteria.
