The Opportunity
You’ll join a lean team, with direct access to senior colleagues and room to progress. We want someone who thinks for themselves, takes ownership and enjoys working with others. You’ll contribute across pitches and execution, lead individual workstreams and help develop junior colleagues.
What you’ll do
- Help shape financing solutions for acquisitions, refinancings, recapitalisations and growth capital.
- Build and analyse financial models, testing cash flow, leverage and funding options across bank debt, private debt, junior capital and asset backed lending.
- Prepare pitches and lender materials that tell a clear credit story and coordinate third party due diligence.
- Keep lender processes moving, manage information flows and work directly with clients and colleagues.
- Compare lender terms and help assess pricing, structure and legal documentation to secure the right result.
What you’ll bring
- A bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years’ relevant experience in debt advisory, banking, DCM or private credit.
- Strong modelling and analytical skills, a sound grasp of financial statements and an understanding of credit risks and mitigants.
- Clear communication, initiative and the judgement to manage competing deadlines and keep delivering when challenges arise.
- Knowledge of debt instruments. Familiarity with UK and European lenders is helpful, but not essential.
