Role Description

  • Maintenance Planning and Execution: Manage and implement facilities maintenance schedules and routine inspections. Ensure facility tasks are completed on time, complying with safety regulations and company policies. Troubleshoot and resolve facilities technical issues in areas such as electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, fire safety, landscape, water supplies, and structure. Proactively propose improvement and enhancement projects.
  • Coordination and Supervision: Supervise contractors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery. Collaborate with departments, contractors, and consultants to address technical issues.
  • Documentation and Improvement: Develop and refine forms, checklists, and procedures for daily inspections and maintenance tracking. Prepare technical reports and monitor equipment performance. Participate in safety meetings, risk management, and improvement discussions.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with departments and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and regulations. Support ad-hoc tasks and urgent matters as assigned by management.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with fire safety and workplace safety regulations. Implement risk assessments for the department and participate in safety meetings, 6S, and improvement discussions. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure all tasks comply with safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Maintenance, or a related field.
  • Professional Qualifications: Proficiency in MS Office and analysis tools.
  • Years of Work Experience: 3 years of hands-on experience in Facilities, and 5 years in a Supervisor position.
  • Technical Skills: Construction, Facility, HVAC, HSE, Boiler, Chiller.
  • Languages: Fluency in English or Chinese is a plus.
