Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop the school’s music strategy alongside senior leadership
- Plan and deliver an engaging Music curriculum from EYFS to Year 6
- Organise concerts, recitals, services and annual productions
- Identify and support pupils with musical ability, including scholarship preparation
- Manage peripatetic music staff and coordinate timetables
- Oversee music examinations, including ABRSM
- Teach a primary class, delivering well-structured and engaging lessons
- Monitor pupil progress and maintain accurate records
- Support pupil wellbeing and promote a positive classroom environment
- Take part in school life, including clubs, events and staff development

We are looking for a Director of Music and Primary Teacher who is:
- Experienced in primary teaching with strong classroom practice
- Confident in leading and developing a music programme
