We have an opportunity for a friendly, enthusiastic and professional Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities / What we are looking for:
- Enthusiastic, approachable and friendly
- Someone who will strive to make the lunchtime experience for our children as positive as possible by building good relationships and responding to playground issues fairly
- Someone who understands how to tackle challenging behaviour in children with respect and understanding, following the school’s Behaviour Policy
- An individual who has high expectations of healthy eating and table manners and supports the children to develop good eating habits
- A person who understands our children and our community and who is able to build supportive and respectful relationships with children whilst maintaining confidentiality and following the school’s Code of Conduct
- An energetic individual who smiles often, engages with the children and models the values and ethos of our school at all times
- Ensures all children feel safe, happy and able to learn
- Ability to work effectively, flexibly and independently
- Supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school
