Hours - 19.5 hours per week over 3 days a week, 38 weeks per year, 8.30am - 4pm with 1 hour lunch. Permanent role.

We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a friendly, enthusiastic and professional HLTA to join our team. This is the perfect position to support the teaching and learning in our school and make a real impact on both our pupils and our staffing team.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Enthusiastic, approachable and friendly
  • Experienced in delivering cover for Class Teachers
  • Ensures all children feel safe, happy and able to learn
  • Understanding of the curriculum and pastoral needs of primary aged children
  • Able to deliver and evaluate lessons, giving feedback when needed
  • Confident in using a range of behaviour management skills
  • Ability to work effectively, flexibly and independently
  • Supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school
