We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our team. As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for handling residential and commercial property transactions, ensuring that all cases are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

  • Manage residential and commercial property transactions end-to-end, including preparing and reviewing contracts, reports, and legal documents, whilst ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee caseload effectively, conducting regular file reviews, meeting deadlines, and achieving monthly financial and completion targets.
  • Lead and support your team, providing files to the Conveyancing Partner/Associate for review when requested.
  • Ensure prompt billing and collection of outstanding balances.
  • Maintain full IT proficiency across case management systems and Microsoft Office, and complete all required CPD, CQS, and firm training.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years' conveyancing experience (residential and/or commercial).
  • Strong knowledge of property law and procedures.
  • Proficient in conveyancing software, case management systems, and Microsoft Office.
