We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our team. As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for handling residential and commercial property transactions, ensuring that all cases are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage residential and commercial property transactions end-to-end, including preparing and reviewing contracts, reports, and legal documents, whilst ensuring compliance with regulations
- Oversee caseload effectively, conducting regular file reviews, meeting deadlines, and achieving monthly financial and completion targets
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships, whilst identifying opportunities to cross-sell the firm's services and grow the client base
- Lead and support your team, providing files to the Conveyancing Partner/Associate for review when requested
- Ensure prompt billing and collection of outstanding balances
- Maintain full IT proficiency across case management systems and Microsoft Office, and complete all required CPD, CQS, and firm training

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years' conveyancing experience (residential and/or commercial)
- Strong knowledge of property law and procedures
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in conveyancing software, case management systems, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy caseload
