We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our team. As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for handling residential and commercial property transactions, ensuring that all cases are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Manage residential and commercial property transactions end-to-end, including preparing and reviewing contracts, reports, and legal documents, whilst ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Oversee caseload effectively, conducting regular file reviews, meeting deadlines, and achieving monthly financial and completion targets.
- Lead and support your team, providing files to the Conveyancing Partner/Associate for review when requested.
- Ensure prompt billing and collection of outstanding balances.
- Maintain full IT proficiency across case management systems and Microsoft Office, and complete all required CPD, CQS, and firm training.
Minimum 1 year's conveyancing experience (residential and/or commercial). Strong knowledge of property law and procedures. Proficient in conveyancing software, case management systems, and Microsoft Office.
