Role Description
Newly refurbished Residential Care Home based in Brighton. The Home Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. Duties include managing staff, coordinating with healthcare professionals, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. This newly commissioned home is a fantastic opportunity for a well established experienced Manager to step up into a commissioning role, excellent support from the senior team with local connections already established.
