We’re looking for a dedicated Social Housing Property Manager to oversee our housing portfolio, ensuring safe, compliant, and supportive homes for tenants. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll balance property operations with tenant welfare, community engagement, and strong communication with landlords, contractors, and local authorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage housing benefit processes: letters, schedules, queries, and backdated claims.
  • Oversee property maintenance: logging, prioritising, signing off jobs, and liaising with our internal maintenance leads and external contractors.
  • Ensure compliance: safety certificates (Gas, EICR, EPC, PAT, Legionella, asbestos), inspections, and council liaison.
  • Support tenants: move‑ins/outs, repairs, tenancy breaches, complaints, and welfare queries.
  • Liaise with landlords/agents: rent increases, inspections, safety documents, and invoicing.
  • Lead admin and maintenance teams: supervision, rota cover, meetings, and training.
  • Handle legal processes: tenancy breaches, evictions, discharge meetings, and insurance updates.
