Neways at Home is a family-run, award-winning homecare provider based in Weymouth, Dorset. We deliver person-centered care in the community and offer live-in servicesacross Dorset and Devon. With a growing reputation for compassionate care and quick response, we’re expanding – andwe’re looking for a Care Coordinator to help lead the way.

The Role
AsCare Coordinator, you’ll be the hub of our care operations – planning, organizing,and ensuring smooth delivery of care for our clients. You’ll also support carers and families, ensuring care isconsistent, high-quality, and always client-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff rotas and care schedules
  • Communicate with families, clients & professionals
  • Support with onboarding & mentoring new staff
  • Ensure compliance and accurate record-keeping
  • Respond to urgent cover needs with calm and speed
  • Work closely with office and field staff to ensure delivery

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in home care
  • Valid UK driving licence & access to a car (essential)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Warm, caring, and proactive attitude
  • Able to work Monday–Friday + occasional weekends
