Neways at Home is a family run home care and live-in care service based in Weymouth, Dorset.

We are supported by a highly experienced team of care professionals who have established well-known residential care homes (for example, Chestnuts Residential Home, Weymouth) as well as other home care locations across the UK.

Our mission is to provide outstanding care to our clients and empower them to live independently in their own homes.

We are a growing company looking to develop our services further in the Weymouth, Portland and Dorchester areas.

Role summary

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Home Helper to provide practical day-to-day support to clients in their own homes in

Weymouth area. This role focuses on assisting with everyday activities that promote independence, comfort, and wellbeing. It does not involve personal care or medical responsibilities.

£12.80 per hour

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with grocery shopping and essential errands
  • Accompany clients to appointments when required
  • Carry out light household tasks (e. g. tidying, laundry, basic cleaning)
  • Support with simple meal preparation
  • Support with gardening
  • Provide companionship and general household support
