We have earned a reputation for completing challenging industrial service contracts and are expanding our team for long-term stability.
We are seeking experienced Painting & Blasting Supervisors to lead site teams in high-risk industrial environments, delivering surface preparation and protective coatings.

Role Responsibilities
- Supervise industrial painting and blasting teams to ensure safe, high-quality project delivery
- Manage daily work plans, job packs, and resources to meet project requirements
- Conduct toolbox talks, pre-job briefings, and risk assessments
- Monitor surface preparation, coating application, and equipment operation to meet client specifications
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Communicate with project managers, QA/QC, and clients to resolve issues
- Complete documentation, progress reports, and inspection records
Candidate Requirements
- Supervisory experience in industrial painting and blasting environments
- Valid ICATS or TTP certification (Silver, Gold, or Supervisor level)
- IOSH Managing Safely or SMSTS certification
- Confined Space – High Risk Entry Certification with full breathing apparatus
- CCNSG Safety Passport or CSCS Card
- Understanding of surface preparation and coating specifications
- Ability to lead teams safely in confined spaces and at heights
- Willingness to travel across UK client sites
Preferred Qualifications
- First Aid at Work
- Working at Height certification
- QA/QC or coatings inspection knowledge (e.g., ICorr/NACE Level 1)
- Experience on COMAH sites
- Knowledge of QA/QC processes and inspection criteria
