Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
- Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, ensuring all kitchenware is sanitised and stored properly
- Ensure proper waste disposal in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Report stock shortages and maintain the inventory of cleaning supplies
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including the correct handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
