Overview

Liverpool City Council is seeking a confident and customer-focused Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join the Registrars team at Crown Street Hub. This is a full-time, office-based role supporting the smooth running of front-of-house services and administrative functions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional and welcoming reception service to members of the public.
  • Handle face-to-face enquiries with empathy and efficiency.
  • Resolve issues at first point of contact, including complex customer queries.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and statistical data.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Use ICT systems confidently and with attention to detail.
  • Work flexibly between 8am-6pm, with occasional weekend cover if required.
